Rachel Flemons Supports Heads Together
Samaritans

Heads Together is the charity of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge plus Prince Harry. Prince Harry has bravely spoken of the battle he has had with his emotional health following the death of his Mother, Princess Diana when he was only 12 years old.

Heads Together wants to remove the stigma of mental health so that people feel free to tell people when they are struggling emotionally. Too often at the moment, people feel afraid to admit when they are suffering with mental health difficulties.

Amadea Counselling Service is supporting Heads Together, a campaign to end stigma around mental health. You can find further details of Heads Together’s national campaign at https://www.headstogether.org.uk.
